mmw3degrees is expanding its digital team again with the hire of Swati Bhardwaj to the role of Senior Account Manager.
Swati will be managing digital marketing campaigns for some of mmw3degree’s most prestigious clients, including Virgin Australia and Velocity Frequent Flyer. She will be using her extensive account management and digital marketing background to engage with clients, interpret briefs and manage campaign delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and a seamless workflow.
International digital marketing portfolio
Swati comes to mmw3degrees with more than 10 years’ solid international digital marketing experience under her belt, including brand management and campaign management, as well as B2B and B2C product and service marketing.
No stranger to working with top global brands, Swati’s background includes time with Microsoft, Samsung Electronics, Ali Baba Group, Logitec and Le Meridian Hotels.
Before joining mmw3degrees, her last few roles included managing digital launches on display, social, mobile and search. She has worked on major integrated marketing campaigns and also on large web-based products, driving sales and conversions.
‘One of the first things that attracted me to join mmw3degrees was their high-profile client list,’ Swati told us. “The company has an impressive portfolio spanning major banks and insurers, telcos, rewards programs and pharmaceutical brands.”
Great leadership team
“I had also read some very positive reviews on Glass Door. When I came to interview, I learned more about the flexible work culture as well, which is a huge plus.”
“I also personally value the fact that mmw3degrees has a great leadership team. Leadership is so important in any company. I work with a very focussed and work-orientated production team and totally adore the friendly work environment.”
“I think what I love most is the interaction with our clients, working together as a team to ensure the delivery of their campaigns.”
mmw3degrees places an emphasis on flexible working, and this is especially important to Swati as she makes the most of time with her family when she is not in the office.
“At home, my husband and two kids, Sara and Ayaansh are my number one focus, said Swati.
